Alma Swim Foundation and New Image Youth Center collaboration to bring a unique experience to the children of New Image.

Blue carpet movie screening for The Little Mermaid experience. We welcome children and families to attend. There will be a goody bag, an appearance from a special guest and of course we will have light chat about water safety and where you can take lessons here in Orlando.

An idea that started as a text message conversation amplified into an initiative for the entire community! A Partnership between Alma Swim Foundation and Courageous Leap has left It’s mark on the Orlando community.

This April Pool’s Day, we instructed students of all age groups to participate in a swim circuit compromised of activities such as swim lessons, CPR trainings, pool deck safety trainings, and a literacy story-time reiterating the importance of water safety.

Thank you to every sponsor, vendor, volunteer, family, and friend that supported April Pool’s Day and the message that it all represents. There is truly power in numbers and the support was like no other. Thank you to the city of Orlando for entrusting D and I to bring such a creative idea to your city, and for providing great service that exemplified the spirit of true collaboration which motivated us to continue with this opportunity.

To conclude an event and have people asking which city is next, how they can be a part of the next one, and how they can support our missions is truly a privilege. It has been proclaimed, and we are pleased!
